Growing up in a blue-collar family, a strong work ethic was instilled in me at a young age. Today, I use that work ethic to benefit my clients by tirelessly advocating on their behalf to ensure the best possible resolution of their case.
The majority of Mr. Gunnels’ work involves representing those injured in motor vehicle and maritime accidents. Mr. Gunnels also has experience handling premises liability, first-party insurance, products liability, breach of contract, commercial trucking, and general personal injury claims. For the first 6 years of his career, Mr. Gunnels worked for a nationally recognized insurance defense firm specializing in maritime & admiralty law and personal injury defense.
Throughout this time, Mr. Gunnels gained a deep understanding of maritime & admiralty law and the inner workings of the large insurance companies whom he represented. This experience has been invaluable in helping him successfully negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of his clients since becoming a plaintiff’s attorney.
