Andrew Fink

Each case, we make it part of us, because before being lawyers we are people

Attorney Fink has lived in the northwest area of Chicago for many years and graduated from the School of Law at Marquette University in Wisconsin in 1994. He has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since then and is also licensed to practice in Wisconsin. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Lake Superior State University in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science degree from the same university in 1990.

Andrew Fink is a litigation partner at the offices of attorney Manuel Solís and he works at the national level, although he is based at the Chicago office. He is a litigant who focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents, accidents in commercial locations, medical malpractice, and litigation of criminal liability in terms of products and drugs. Mr Fink has extensive experience working in the area of litigation in terms of both minor and catastrophic damages, as well as all cases in between.

Since being admitted to the Bar Association, Mr Fink has been the lead attorney in approximately 50 jury trials, an equal number of non-jury trials and hundreds of arbitrations.

Mr Fink is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Wisconsin State Bar Association. He has published articles in respected law journals where personal injury litigation is reviewed, including: "The recent jurisprudence on the improper exclusion of expert testimony in Illinois state courts" (Journal of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, vol. 9, no. 2., Summer ed. 2007); "An analysis of the defense of cases of open and obvious liability to facilities: How obvious is open and obvious?" (Journal of the Association of Lawyers of Illinois, Vol. 7, No. 12, Summer ed. 2005).

Mr Fink is a passionate litigant who cares deeply about the needs of his clients and he believes that there is no difference between large or small cases in which victims confront powerful and intimidating people. As a lawyer, there are five things that are very important to him: integrity, hard work, passion, competence and humility. He is also a devote Christian, and his faith has had a great influence on him for many years, in both his personal and family life.
