Viridiana Valdez was born in the small town of Fort Morgan, Colorado, but was raised most of her life in Commerce City, Colorado. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. Viridiana then earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. After graduating from law school, Viridiana passed the Colorado bar exam and was admitted to practice in May 2022. She is a member of both the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association, licensing her to practice law in Colorado. Viridiana is also awaiting admission to practice law in the State of Texas.

As a daughter of Mexican immigrants, she has witnessed the many struggles immigrant families have due to the lack of legal resources available in immigrant communities. Viridiana hopes to be an accessible resource that can help to close the gap of missing information in these communities. Viridiana will provide honest assessments to her immigration clients in the El Paso office and aid in their cases to the best of her abilities. Viridiana is driven by her passion for her community and her faith, as she is also a devoted Christian, and her faith has greatly influenced her for many years in her personal and family life.
