The new project called "Dream and Promise" could legalize two million immigrants with temporary protection and young people benefiting from DACA.
This law would allow obtaining legal status in the United States. Specifically this would apply to people who are covered by the TPS and the DACA - protection that allows young dreamers to be legally in the country.
