She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Rochester, and her Juris Doctor degree from the Inter American University School of Law in Puerto Rico in 2006. During law school, she served as Public Relations Director for the law school’s chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
